Limited 2 Year Warranty
SensorTech Corporation warrants that the entire sensor product purchased by you will be free from any manufacturing defects in workmanship or materials for a period of two years from the date of purchase. To obtain the benefit of this warranty, you must follow the instructions on handling and use provided with your product. Furthermore, this warranty does not cover defects resulting from any action of you, including but not limited to mishandling, improper interfacing, operation outside of the design limits, improper repair or unauthorized modification. This warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties. IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED. At SensorTech's option, SensorTech will repair or replace any defective product at no charge, or SensorTech may also elect to refund the purchase price of any defective product. THIS IS YOUR SOLE REMEDY UNDER THIS WARRANTY. THE TOTAL LIABILTY OF SENSORTECH WITH RESPECT TO ANY PRODUCT, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, INDEMNIFICATION, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE UNIT OF PRODUCT UPON WHICH LIABILITY IS BASED. SENSORTECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR SIMILAR DAMAGES. If after receipt and evaluation, SensorTech confirms that any returned product is covered under this warranty, SensorTech will repair or replace the product (or refund the purchase price) and pay for return shipping. If the product is not covered by this warranty, SensorTech will return the product if you request SensorTech to do so. All such returns of products not covered by this warranty shall be at your expense. To make a claim, call 1-864-298-0684. Limited 30 Day Return Policy
SensorTech Corporation will accept returns for products in accordance with this limited 30 day return policy. Within 30 days from the date of purchase, you may return your new product for any reason to obtain a refund. THIS IS YOUR SOLE REMEDY UNDER THIS RETURN POLICY. You must provide proof of your purchase and obtain written or emailed authorization to return merchandise (an RMA) from SensorTech prior to returning any product.
